Rowen Fox - Principle Director

Rowen has been conducting classical and popular community choirs in the Blue Mountains for over a decade. Rowen was the Musical Director of the Phoenix Choir Blue Mountains between 2012 and 2022. He has previously worked as a Associate Director for the Moo Choir and as guest conductor of the the Academy Singers, the Leura Singers and the Glenbrook Community Choir.

In July 2023, Rowen was appointed Musical Director of Penrith City Choir, and in 2024 took up the roles co-Conductor of the Heathens Choir in Blackheath and Associate Conductor of the Moo Choir.

He is delighted to now take on the role of Principle Director of the Moo Choir for 2025

Rowen is known for his engaged rehearsal style and musical passion. He is committed to teaching choristers from a wide range of experience and skill levels.



Suzanne Langford - Associate Director



Suzanne lives in the Blue Mountains and was the Principle Director of the the Moo Choir from  2012 - 2023.  She has extensive experience in leading community singers, and is a passionate advocate of singing for all. She took 2024 off to do some travel and smell the roses, and is now delighted to return to choir as Associate Director, and currently the Chair of the Moo Choir Association.

As Director, Suzanne seeks to support, encourage and assist the Choir in producing quality music and engaging performances that are fun for the singers and entertaining for the audience.  

Beyond Moo, Suzanne sings in the Mudlarks (a women's acapella group) where she was Deputy Director for many year; the Vocal Edge Blue Mountains Choirs (a female barbershop chorus) where she was Assistant Director, and she also sings in a Barbershop quartet just for fun!
